曲轴锻件混合建模方法研究
基于正逆向混合软件Geomagic Design X,以某汽车曲轴锻件为案例,分析了曲轴的结构特点,对点云数据进行了精细化处理,完成了三维模型的曲面重构。并将创建完成的曲轴锻件实体与原始点云进行比对,偏差色谱验证了混合建模方法的可行性与优越性。

Aerodynamic design of convertible prop-rotor is a challenging and complex task.Instead of focus on a design condition,prop-rotor are requested to attain good performance in wide range of operating conditions.In present work,to further improve performance of prop-rotor under each operating condition,the concept of variable-pitch proprotor has been proposed.However,a compromising aerodynamic design of prop-rotor is inevitable,due to discrepancy of operating condition.Consequently,a multi-objective optimization is implemented with genetic algorithm.Factors which has significantly influenced on aerodynamic characteristics of prop-rotor are employed as design variable.To avoid expensively computational cost,two theories has been implemented and validated while it able to provide a promising result without high consuming of time.Eventually,several designed individuals within different performance has been analyzed and discussed.Subsequently a calculation of aerodynamic characteristic with hi...
主减速器轴承载荷对重载卡车驱动桥壳疲劳特性影响
为解决某型重载卡车驱动桥使用寿命较短的问题,在进行试验场可靠性试验时测得了该车道路行驶工况下钢板弹簧对桥壳的动载荷和传动轴给主减速器的输入载荷,据此使用Romax软件建立了主减速器系统的动力学模型,得到了实际运行工况下主减速器轴承系统施加于桥壳的动载荷,然后使用Design Life疲劳分析软件对驱动桥壳在单独施加板簧载荷和同时施加板簧载荷与主减速器轴承载荷两种分析工况下的疲劳特性进行了分析计算,发现同时考虑板簧载荷和轴承载荷时的分析结果比较接近该车的实际寿命。
